Aqua 5000 is not only protecting multiple pipes and all equipment connected, but also dissolves any existing deposits. One unit is powerful enough to protect a hotel building with 150 rooms, alternatively a housing building that consist 100 apartments. Aqua function is completely automated, without any demand for supervision, product maintenance, parts replacement, chemical refilling or change of filters. Aqua installation instructions
The mounting instructions should be carefully followed as in contrary the product will not function with fully capacity or not at all. It is of the highest importance the Aqua products are installed according to the official instructions provided together with each product and in order to allow the product to operate on its optimum level.
In case of an incorrectly mounted product, Aqua will operate with limited capacity, or in some cases, it will not be able to operate at all. In such circumstances, the 4 years warranty will not be valid, as it only covers fabric failures.
Once when Aqua is correctly installed, it will immediately start with the process of creating electromagnetic field and preventing limescale to collect, as well as resolving existing deposits.
Please read carefully the mounting instructions and follow the steps from the documentation. It is a very simple and quick process.

Detailed Instructions
General
The AQUA lime dissolver should be installed on the pipe, as close as possible to the water supply. For installations in a building, this is usually immediately after the meter, and before a separation (if any) into smaller pipes. This system is suitable for both horizontal and vertical pipes, made from metal or plastic. Both ends of an inductive winding around the pipe connected to the lime dissolver. Next to this central coil there are 2 x 2 capacitive windings, which a one side only. Also, the AQUA-5000 works with (windings), that have 6 wires connected.
Installation instructions
1. Select a free spot of minimum 50 cm on the water input pipe.
2. Mount the lime dissolver close to this location, preferably to a wall.
3. Clean the selected part of the pipe, and remove paint (if any).
4. In the middle of the free spot, make a coil of 19 windings around the pipe.
5. Fix the outside ends of the coil winding to the pipe, using cable binders.
6. Cut off connection wires to maximum 100 cm, and attach terminal connectors.
7. Make capacitive coils, one left and one right, with 2 cm free space between all coils.
8. Verify that all windings have the same direction (see diagram).
9. Fix the capacitive coils (6 windings each) onto the pipe, using cable binders.
10. Attach terminal connectors to the inner which are max. 100 cm long.
11. Cut off the other wire ends, just outside cable binders (these ends are not connected).
12. Attach four terminal connectors to the lime dissolver, as shown in the diagram.
13. Make sure that the cables to the lime dissolver are free from any mechanical force.
14. Plug power cord into 230 V. And LED indicates that the lime dissolver is in function.
Function and principle
The AQUA prevents building of lime, without affecting the taste of the water. All positive characteristics of the water, including minerals, are maintained. The lime dissolver pro modulated low frequent field in the water flow inside the pipe. This is a reliable and environment friendly method, that pre vents the use of chemical lime dissolvers. The AQUA pro equipment that uses water and reduces maintenance cost.
Note: if microscopic salts are burned into heating elements, a full removal of lime may not be possible.
AQUA also dissolves existing lime deposits in the pipe circuit. Depending on the amount of pollution, this process could take 1 to 6 months. During this period, loose lime parts could cause some problems in taps. Shortly after a lime dissolver has been installed, the colour of the water may change temporarily. This in fact proves the effectiveness of the system.
Factory guarantee
The manufacturer guarantees that this product is free from defects in material and manufacturing errors at time of purchase. Should there be any defect within 4 years after date of purchase, the product is repaired of exchanged free of charge. This guarantee does not apply for problems caused by wrong installation or modifications to the product.
Safety
The CE-marked system does not influence other equipment and meets all European EMC-guidelines for electromagnetic compatibility. The unit has a built-in power supply and meets IP65, which makes it suitable for applications in moist circumstances.
Important: If the power cord of the lime dissolver is damaged, the whole unit needs to be replaced. If necessary, use an extension cable.
